An idea for Little Rock to offer as much as a larger metropolitan city, resulted in a new specialty retail center with exclusive shops and restaurants.
Conceived as a European hilltop village with an inner street, Pavilion in the Park was designed as a collection of buildings, each with its own identity, organized around a glass covered courtyard.
The central atrium space features fountains and other design elements, such as, individual balconies that open up into the main atrium area and marble tile and columns. These elements lend the feeling of being in an outdoor European plaza.
The multi-tiered pavilion has three shopping levels with easy access, including a glass elevator to the third level.
