The original building was designed by the firm 25 years previously and occupies the entire east side of the downtown Fayetteville square. The condominiums are divided into six individual units of varying size. The addition relates back to the scale and proportion of the original building while presenting a true three-coat stucco finish in a color that matches the limestone trim of the original building.
