Polk Stanley Wilcox designed the renovation of a warehouse space into a responsibly built, modern workspace. The design for the technology company reflects its inclusive, transparent, and forward-thinking culture, acting as a recruitment tool for retainage and new hires. Strong angles and interesting material interactions create collision points throughout the space that craft opportunities for employees and various departments to interact with each other in a deliberate and natural way. Collaboration areas are designed to be flexible and informal, removing the pressure of on-demand creativity. Unassigned workstations are used throughout to allow for future expansion or restructuring.
