An existing retail building consisting of 3,750 square feet of space is being renovated to house a branch banking facility at 5500 Kavanaugh in Little Rock. Involved in the conversion is a complete renovation of interior space to accomodate the banking facility, resurfacing the exterior material to stucco, adding 2 porches , adding a drive-thru facility and associated site work.
