David has been responsible for the project management and Principal oversight of numerous projects across the state of Arkansas throughout a 36-year career. These include higher education, non-profit agency, healthcare, civic and corporate campus buildings along with a specific emphasis in K-12 education projects. He has been responsible for the project delivery of educational buildings on multiple higher education campuses as well as in six public school districts. David’s strong and diverse background in all phases of planning, design, construction documents and construction as well as firm and project management provide a unique ability to guide clients through the complete project delivery process.
