Russell Worley’s interest in the built environment began in childhood. His passion for design continued to grow as he became actively involved in Boy Scouts, ultimately achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. During his academic journey, Russell’s talent for design was recognized when he won the 2008 Hnedak Bobo Group International Design Competition during a study abroad semester. This experience helped shape his architectural career, leading him to his current role as an architect at PSW’s Fayetteville Office, where he specializes in creating conceptual imagery and overseeing project production and coordination. A 2009 graduate of the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture, Russell is currently involved in multiple teams working on University of Arkansas on-call projects, as well as commercial and residential projects. His role bridges creative design with practical project management, ensuring seamless execution of architectural visions.
Russell’s project experience includes a diverse range of architectural works. He has contributed to the Bentonville Office Building & Parking Deck, the Mezzaluna restaurant, and Townie’s Burgers and Bevys in Bentonville, Arkansas. He has also worked on several prominent University of Arkansas projects, including the Reynolds Razorback Stadium Expansion & Addition with Populous and the Windgate Galleries with Tod Williams Billie Tsien Architects. Additionally, Russell was involved in the design of the newly renovated Polk Stanley Wilcox Fayetteville Office as well as the Robinson Auditorium Expansion & Renovation, showcasing his ability to blend modern updates with a rich architectural legacy. These projects reflect his expertise in both commercial and institutional architecture, as well as his role in shaping significant public and private spaces.
