The design of Rayonier’s new headquarters in Wildlight, Florida perfectly reflects this land and timber company’s rich history and location within the NE Florida Low Country watershed with a mill-like linear shed that shelters different constituent elements and groups under one roof. The space features three collaboration towers aligned along a linear circulation spine that are wrapped in three primary Rayonier woods: Pine, Cedar, and Cypress. The building’s lobby acts as a community hall, opening to a plaza for company and neighborhood events.
