What once was a security checkpoint for guests, is now the newly renovated Breast Center at CARTI. The new space features a more personal and supportive environment, improving the patient experience while undergoing mammograms, ultra sounds and other diagnostic testing related to breast health. The design is consistent with CARTI’s overall brand including a strong presence of their logo and custom Pantone color. The back-of-house corridor incorporates the custom fuchsia color as a wayfinding element for patients who are referred to the breast center form the main hospital. Because the renovation occurred within an active cancer treatment center, special protocols were followed to protect the space from construction and restrict movement of workers to other spaces.
