Expansion of the University of Central Arkansas campus across Donaghey Avenue has been envisioned as a new multi-purpose mixed use ‘district’– a shared zone of academic facilities and student housing intertwined with community spaces, retail, and restaurants— that serves as a connecting ‘bridge’ between the campus proper and the surrounding city. Donaghey Hall is designed as the first phase of this new eastward development, The Donaghey District at UCA.
Comprised of approximately 68,000 GSF, Donaghey Hall includes a ground floor retail component with a 3-story, 165 bed dormitory above, and is located at the corner of Donaghey Avenue and Bruce Street, at the northeast corner of the University of Central Arkansas Campus.
